We believe that business has to be a force for good if we are serious about tackling climate change. We support the Better Business Act, which is calling for a change in legislation so that all UK businesses must put the interests of people and the planet alongside profit.

But legally, businesses in the UK are only required to be accountable for shareholder profits. The Better Business Act is calling for that legal requirement to change, so all businesses have to show how they are positively impacting people and planet too.
