Our landscape clients
When we calculate the carbon footprint for a landscape, we use the emissions from the residents, visitors and industry in the area, combined with the effect of the land's own carbon sources and sinks. And we look at the changes needed in all those areas to reduce emissions.
We've worked with protected landscapes, including all 15 of the UK's National Parks, a number of National Landscapes and councils. So far we've worked with clients that cover around 20% of the UK land area. Find out more about our work on food and land.

Who we work with
We’re excited to work with clients who have an ambition to make meaningful changes to the sustainability and decarbonisation impacts of their business.
At times, we engage with organisations who are involved in some activities that are controversial or inherently not sustainable. In these cases, we look closely at the potential for positive change from our engagement with them.
If our influence can help shift them to significantly better practices, within an appropriate time frame, we’ll continue that engagement. When we feel that’s no longer the case, we’ll stop working with them.
